Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in areas of planning and managing; cash flow management, compliance with tax and other applicable rules and regulations.
• Perform closing activities for the Company.
• Familiar with project closing, percentage of completion method, WIP movement.
• Analyse the revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast short-medium term cash flow position.
• Prepare cash flows and assist in arrange appropriate financial facilities to meet funding needs with Treasury.
• Support annual budgets, planning & analysis of reports.
• Prepare financial reporting pack and present findings and recommendations.
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Responsible for tax and GST compliance.
• Support and undertake ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Excel skills.
• Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and work within required deadline.
• Working experience in construction, Oil and Gas environment will be an added advantage.
