Job Description

Reports to: Finance Director

We are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager is expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills and an investigative nature.

To ensure success, the Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization. Top candidates will have outstanding communication and report writing skills with superb technical ability and fantastic negotiation skills.


  • Manages day-to-day invoicing, cash management, and internal financial reporting.
  • Lead and supervise finance activities.
  • Prepare and monitor the Company's cash flow.
  • Analyze the financial statements and key performance indicators/ratios.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain the financial procedures and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls.
  • Liaise with the internal/external auditor, bank, and other related regulators.
  • Perform the tasks as requested by the management.
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting.
  • Continually reviews work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency, and potential issues in financial processes and controls and proactively raise management attention to act and resolve.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives such as reporting automation and process standardization.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial modeling.
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Driving process improvements & simplification.
  •  Focusing on the coordination and update of internal process documentation, and performing required testing procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in finance/accounting.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a finance.
  • Experience in e-commerce business is preferable.
  • Strong financial modeling, process design and Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills; highly detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Good and clear communication in English language.
  • Proficient in trouble shooting and providing solutions.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
