A Finance Manager (x1 vacancy) job has become available at an automotive part manufacturing company. This position is based in Chonburi. You will be managing and leading team of accountants in the area of accounting and finance processes to comply with the policy.

About the Finance Manager Role:

In this growing of business, you will be responsible for developing the organisation by work cross functionally and being business partner for the management team to achieve the mutual goal of the organisation. The salary range for this role is 100k - 150k THB per month + provident fund + allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month End, Year End Process documentation and reporting within given timeline
• Preparation of the documents for Board and Shareholders meetings
• Responsible for financial documentation in ERP and paper whereas required
• Provides a concise analysis and accurate summary of the business' financial results, including revenue and profit versus budget, and working capital measurements.
• Leads the annual corporate planning process, integrated long term planning (ILP) ensuring approval
• Analyses business risks and opportunities, makes recommendation as they affect the financial results of the company
• Implements an effective and efficient accounting organisation to support the cost accounting requirements
• Ensures compliance for tax audit and works with local and national tax bureau
• Advise directors, managers, and staff in topics related to financial and legal implications of decisions within plant

To succeed in the Finance Manager job, you will need to have at least 10 years experience in leading manufacturing in accounting and finance functions from leading automotive manufacturing MNC.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting field
• Five years in management level
• Experience in automotive industry
• Very good communication skills, demonstrates ability to liaise with business leaders, colleagues and customers at all levels in cross-functional environment
