Finance and Accounting Manager

Role overview
The Finance and Accounting Manager will play a vital role in implementing, improving and maintaining the financial standing of the company. The Finance Manager helps the CEO in Thailand and the Finance Team based in Paris with a range of administrative and financial tasks. These involve in implementing and monitoring with billing invoices, preparing budgets, managing cash flow, defining financial reporting, requesting information from colleagues regarding purchase orders.
The Finance Manager will be the official point of contact for all financial matters and one of the authorized signatories on all financial documents.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the Finance and Accounting team.
- Implement and be in charge of the overall accounting, tax affairs and annual audit. Manage the annual inspection.
- Responsible for an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting at the group and local levels.
- Ensure that company financial records, under responsibility, are maintained in compliance with company policies and Thai regulations. Review monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance.
- Ensure compliance with the tax and audit requirements. Coordinate work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records and ensure the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings.
- Responsible for proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules. Involves significant interaction with Sales and Customer Service groups.
- Respond to inquiries from the CEO and other business-units managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests.

Requirements
- University Degree (At least Bachelor)
- University graduate, preferably in Business or Finance
- Languages: English and Thai
- 3+ years experience in big or in International corporation
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills.
