Finance & Accounting Manager

Working Day: Monday-Friday

Job Description:

• Lead company's project of selecting, planning and implementing ERP system.
• Restructure and design accounting and financing job workflow for maximum effectiveness, efficiency and internal control.
• Develop and implement process/system related to overall operation efficiency of general accounting activities in order to enhance internal controls that complied with laws and company policies.
• Manage overall accounting and financing tasks, lead team for accounting operations related to month-end/ period-end closing.
• Handling month-end reconciliation of balance sheet and controlling accounts.
• Responsible for cash flow management and credit management.
• Monitor cash flow situation of companies.
• Ensure accounting compliance, and accuracy of accounting system, all management reports including tax planning and cash flow projection.
• Responsible for the financial statements, financial packages, budget preparation, cost accounting and cash flow, withholding tax, VAT, as well as compliance with tax regulations and provide analytical improvement to management.
• Providing the value financial report with analysis for the company performance.
• Collaborate with internal/external related department.
• Perform other job-related functions and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. CPD holder is a plus
• At least 10 years or more in relevant work experiences in Accounting and Finance with 5 years in management level.
• Import and Trading business experience is preferred.
• Experience in implementing ERP system from planning to Go-Live is highly preferable
• Possess Accounting License, solid Tax management knowledge, and ERP accounting system experience.
• Good planning, controlling and decision making skills with ownership mindset and able to handle pressure.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive improvement, demonstrated leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present.
• Attention to details and accuracy in work.
• Self-motivated with problem solving skills.
