We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to test and deliver equipment to desired customers jobsite. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Field Service Support and set-up equipment on customer site
• troubleshooting of electrical and HVAC components.
• Maintain Schedule for customers
• Manage all rental on-site installations, repair, maintenance, and testing
• Diagnose technical problems, and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed paperwork
• Operate vehicle and trailer in safe manner
• Follow company's  policies and procedures
• Must provide excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• Field Service Experience
• Must be able to speak English
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical and HVAC equipment
• Minimum
• English Literacy
• HVAC experience preferred
• Technical Degree not required, but recommended
• Salary depends on experience.
• Must be able to work Mon-Sat, 8am-5pm with ability to work later if job/project requires.

• ผลิตเอกสารที่ทันเวลาและมีรายละเอียด
• ใช้งานยานพาหนะและรถพ่วงอย่างปลอดภัย
• ทำตามทุก บริษัท ที่ยื่นนโยบายและขั้นตอนจะต้องให้ทักษะการบริการลูกค้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม

คุณสมบัติ: 

• ประสบการณ์การบริการภาคสนาม
• มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาทดสอบและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและ HVAC
• ความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ
• ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ HVAC
• ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีวุฒิการศึกษาด้านเทคนิค แต่ถ้ามีจะรับพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
