Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the implementation of brembo aftermarket sales strategy and plan in Thailand and Laos in line with Brembo Aftermarket Global and Regional directions, identify sales, and business development opportunities, deliver target.
  • Understand local aftermarket distribution channel structure and characteristics, develop penetration plan of different layers of the distribution channel and monitor the execution. 
  • Ensure Yearly and ad-hoc negotiations with customers over terms and conditions and commercial / marketing policies
  • To manage, help and train the dealers, workshops to develop their business to enlarge brembo product sales.
  • Manage and support product and trade marketing activities in assigned area in close coordination with region’s central marketing team
  • Order and shipment coordination and other commercial administrative activities between local customers and region’s central offices. 
  • Provide regular sales forecast with accuracy.
  • Manage, maintain and develop business relationship with customers, dealers and workshops through regular and irregular visits and communications.
  • Obtains and reports on the assigned area-wide general industry and competitors information and conditions / pricing, market activity. Act on behalf of brembo aftermarket local ambassador to customers and industry. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/ trading/ sales/ marketing.
  • 5+ years working experience of distribution business sales role, including 3 years in automotive aftermarket industry. Brake system parts or relevant parts knowledge preferred. 
  • Strong sales/ business acumen.
  • Price and quotation management skills in various channel/ customer segments. 
  • Presentation skills and social relationship skills.
  • Data analytical skills and reporting skills.
  • Sounds understanding to marketing, finance and logistics knowledge
  • Can work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS office, including Word, Excel (very important) and PowerPoint;
  • Native Thai speaker. Good command of English both in written and oral.
