Farm Business Supervisor (Thailand - Nakornratchasima)

JOB SUMMARY

      The Farm Business Supervisor is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing farm operations, providing seedlings production services, ensuring good farm hygiene and sanitary, managing seedling sales services & activities, collecting debt, managing proper preventive and corrective maintenance of farm, office, facilities, assets and utilities as well as managing, developing and building farm’s employees and team capability to be able to perform effectively.

WE WILL NEED YOU TO...

• Plan, execute and manage seedlings production and greenhouse operations to perform to meet our standard effectively.
• Manage to provide good seedling production service to customers as the company's standard.
• Manage all farm operations, facilities and assets to meet company’s hygiene and sanitary standard 
• Manage team to provide customers the good sales services and activities to meet sales and profits targets.
• Supervise and support company’s sales representative to perform effectively to meet sales targets.
• Work together with Sales Representative to collect debt from customers.
• Visit customers both regularly and as any required time in order to understand customers’ expectations, solve problems and build a good relationship with customers.
• Manage to provide proper advice to customers in order for their good practice
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of farm, office building and any facilities in company premise.
• Plan, schedule and manage all tasks and activities in the farm.
• Maintain effective and efficient labor management
• Ensure effective communication with staff at all levels and with the other functions in the organization.
• Analyze all aspects of farm operation management and report to management
• Ensure safety, security and environment of farm is well maintained. Follow safety practice strictly
• Other assignments

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Agricultural Science, Farm Management, Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 year of work experience in Farm management, Business management
• Physically capable of handling the required field,  screen house and travel requirements of the position
• Ability to communicate in Thai effectively, both spoken and written. Good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to build networks
