Our client is in the Pharmaceutical industry looking for a Factory Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing production and post-production issues, as well as other issues.
• Managing and leading all manufacturing activities, including production planning, interdepartmental coordination, quality control, procurement and maintenance.
• Controlling budgets, exercising control over capital and operating expenditure.
• Ensuring that production activities are maintained at a high level of productivity and that continuous improvement are sought and a proper preventive maintenance system is established and implemented.
• Managing resource and raw material planning.
• Ensuring that quality and environmental management system requirements are established.

Qualifications:

• Male or female.
• Thai nationality.
• Aged 37-45 years old.
• Experienced in Medical/Pharmaceutical industry for more than 5 years.
• Good command of language and technical Leadership skills and the ability to set quality standards, and to lead and motivate a team.
• Good verbal and written skills in Thai and English.
