Responsibilities

• Manage and control manufacturing performance to achieve Corporate goal ,Operation plan, Quality and Cost control efficiency.
• Lead manufacturing team to ensure people capability and growth that matches to business requirements
• Control product quality to achieve target.
• Ensure manufacturing meet ISO/IATF standards.
• High skill to react with problem solving and trouble shoot.
• To understand manufacturing process flow chart and make it in well control.
• Targeting Yield, Quality and Efficiency together with another Dept.
• To understand manufacturing process flow chart and internal manufacturing process of company
• Be able to co-ordinate, negotiate with customer, supplier, internal personal in company for driving activities following the plan
• To create idea to improve process continuously

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer and equivalent
• STRONG LEADERSHIP TO LEAD MEMBERS WORK AS A TEAM.
• Experiences in Management level at least 5 years
• Fluent to communicate in English  (JAPANESE speaking WILL BE A PLUS).
• Experiences in Manufacturing is a must (Automotive or Electronic Related)
• Experiences in STAMPING Manufacturing is a plus
