1. Reponsible for all marketing plan and execution with distributor,which included brand management marketing activities trade&consumer promotion,POSM,in order to build the brand awareness and generate sales and distribution according to the target.
2. Cooperate customer and internal department to develop new products for supporting the market needs within the time frame.
3. Market visit with distributor frequently and create the relationship between important/key customer and the company.
4. Market Visit without distributor frequentlyin order the evaluate and audit distributors'work eg.Distribution,Marketing Implementation,Product Display etc.
5. Cooperate with customer and internal department to get the rason and also solutions for clams and complains.
6. Prepare price structure and update the price according the real situation the propose to Export Marketing Manager for approval and then implement in the market.
7. Be able to deep analyze distributor's sales eg actual sales,distribution,product mix,PL of assigned market.
8. Flexible and responsible for new project.
- Bachellor Degree in International Business Management or related
- 2-3 years experiences in Export Sales ( if in FMCG Business will be an advantage)
- Preferred 30 Year up.
- Excellent in English communication ( Chinese, Japanese is aplus )
