Position: Export Sales Manager ( Japanese Speaking) 60-100K
Based: Bangkok

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and analyzing potential of new distributors and new investors for international market opportunities.
- Identify opportunities at existing and potential new customers in Asia (Japan Market)
- Monitor OEM business performance and target achievement by the functions, and defines and implements corrective actions.
- Build long-term relationships with local brands on a senior management level and creates awareness for our client as an excellent partner.
- Coordinate flow of information in support of the sales process including forecasting and order processing, logistics and invoicing.
- Ensure alignment of OEM business with OEM service operations.
- Maintain tracking and provide reporting on revenue, new accounts, and sales forecasts
- Communicate regularly with other team members to coordinate strategy and to provide information about recent/upcoming meetings and outreach
- Strengthen existing relationships with key clients, book meetings with prospects, and cultivate new client partnerships
- Frequently host clients and prospects at events
Qualifications
- Ages between 30-50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in sales for Business to Business, dealing with brand owners.
- Strong analytical skills and being able to look at issues from different perspectives.
- Experience of research and market data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having a good balance of leadership and working in a team.
- Possess a good command of English and have good Microsoft Office skills.
- Good command in English, Japanese is required.
