Job Description

    • Develop, implement, monitor and manage a Territory Sales & Marketing Plan for the defined territory, including identification of key existing and prospective customers, as well as strategies, tactics and promotional activities for achievement of business objectives.
    • Regularly contact and develop productive working relationships with key existing and prospective direct customers and strategically important distributor customers, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
    • Develop and negotiate new business opportunities with existing and prospective direct customers, as well as liaising with sales and management staff of distributor customers to assist them to develop and secure new business opportunities.
    • Provide timely, accurate and solution-based technical support to customers in the field if required.
    • Provide timely, accurate and solution-based product and technical training programmes to customers as scheduled.
    • Attend and participate in company training, promotional and trade events as required.
    • Liaise with internal customer service and administration staff and monitor customer orders, claims and credits for timely delivery of customer requirements.
    • Have a high awareness of activity in the marketplace and market trends, particularly with regard to competitor activity and competitors’ products.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on customers, products, demand forecasts, sales call activity and market feedback as required by Senior Management.
    • Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant company policies, Acts, legal requirements and the highest professional and ethical standards

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in related fields
  • At least 5 years experience in Export and Key Account Customer Service
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Good experience in K/A Management preferably in the Automotive Industry.
  • Good experience in Sea freight & Export Clearance process.
  • Able to analyze data, statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality.
