Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant
Location: BTS Chongnonsri
Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Handle and assist the daily tasks i.e., e-mail correspondence, phone calls, meeting scheduling, reports, follow up and track the deliverables both internal and
external parties
- Support the admin tasks i.e., filling the forms, create smart documents and etc.
- Screen and interview the applicants to fulfill the vacancies in the company
- Solve the operation issues with less supervise
- Manage the projects and resources to deliver the completed tasks within timeline
- Communicate the company's announcement to employees
- Initiate the new projects and business's strategies to align with company's goals
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED THAI NATIONALITY ONLY
- Age not over 25 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- 0 - 1 years’ experience in secretary or personal assistant (new graduate is welcome)
- ฺCan-do attitude with serviced-mind and well-organized
- Problem solving and excellent in communication to work in dynamic environment
- Work well under pressure and flexible in working hours
- Fluent in English and Thai communication
- Good in Ms. Office and other software tools i.e. Adobe Photoshop
