Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle and provide the full range of secretarial and administrative duties/assignments Assist and manage special tasks assigned by Management
• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Schedule and arrange important meetings and conferences whenever required.
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Coordination with the global team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skill / Experience

• Age 22-35 years
• Bachelor Degree related field
• New graduates are welcome.
• Great service mind, Good interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
• Computer literate (Office applications)
• Able to based at Ayutthaya or Chonburi

• Have 1 year experience as Executive secretary in any manufacturing is preferable.
