Job description:

  • Handle day-to-day routine work efficiently.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Follow up tasks with the Managers and parties concerned that all requirements.
  • Handle and provide the full range of secretarial and administrative duties/assignments Assist and manage special tasks assigned by Management

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • At least 3-5 year of experience as an executive secretary
  • Good interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
  • Good command of spoken, read, written English
  • Computer literate (Office applications)
