The Opportunity

The Agoda Product Development team is big, energetic and dynamic. As a rapidly growing internet company our schedules can vary, and plans can change within the hour. The Admin Executive – Product works closely with the Product leadership teams to provide secretarial and administrative support, with a particular focus on calendar/meeting management. Not only will this person get to work with the Product team, but the person will also be working with the Tech team. The EA will work specifically with the IT Admin team helping out with some of their tasks. We are looking for somebody with excellent Outlook skills, able to manage multiple busy calendars to help us efficiently manage our time and tasks

In This Role, You’ll Get to 

  • Organizes and maintains calendars, schedules appointments and coordinate events.
  • Handles reservations for shared resources (meeting rooms, off-site events, etc.)
  • Greets candidates, visitors and vendors, handles deliveries and shipments
  • Provides secretarial support for selected Product executives
  • Communicate with a range of internal stakeholders, including our Product team and business stakeholders
  • Assist other members of the IT admin team with event organization, accounting tasks, vacation cover, etc.
  • Performs other assigned duties as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field, at least a few years of experience with PA or secretarial tasks in a fast-moving organization
  • Very good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
  • Very good calendar management skills (Outlook). Initiative. Capable of making scheduling decisions in autonomy
  • Natural-born collaborator, confident with managing a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Persistent, incisive, able to command attention from senior managers.
  • Detail-oriented, punctilious, capable to meet deadlines.
  • Able to identify deficiencies/inefficiencies in administrative procedures and work to fix them
