Estimator (Interior design construction)/ BTS Ploen Chit

Job responsibilities
- Ensure and manage the estimation and QS process to be completed in time following the timeframe given by the clients
- Prepare Quantity Take-offs (QTO) and accurate pricing by co-working with Procurement team based on tender, scope of projects or drawings
- Details of materials, labors or other resources required to complete a construction project
- Prepare rough/ temporary pricing plan referring to the projects from the past
- Communicate with the sub-cons or suppliers to coordinate and clarify the necessary information for estimation
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Support sales to manage company products by using catalog and internal system
- Communication or coordination with international suppliers
- Estimate and identified material, number of doors, windows or etc.
- English: able to communicate (when sometimes communicate with Japanese expats in the company)
- Excel: proficient enough to make costing, pricing and forecast with Excel
- AutoCAD 3D able to make revision on designs
