Employee Relation 1 Position
1. Law Control
- To handle election for welfare committee
- To handle the welfare committee meeting with management team and prepare document support.
- To report and coodinate with the Labour department and Labor Court.
2. Rules and regulations control
- To control all emploees to follow company rule and regulation.
- Orientation for the newcomer.
3. Labor management control / Employee Relationship
- To promote the moral to employee.
- To handle the welfare patrol and checking.
- To handle abd control the welfare Center.
- Hearing the suggestion and problem of the employee and to give feedback to employee.
- Investigation of offenses and punishment of employee.
- To issue the warning Letter.
- Preparation Employee Satisfaction survey.
4. Company Event & Activity
- To Prepare the master of company event.
- To Planning, creating and Implementation the company activities follow to the company policy and the master of Employee Relations Yearly action plan such as Birthday activity, Songkran activity Company Trip, Sport day and New Year Party etc.
- To prepare Information and Public relations.
- Other job related.
