Job Description

Job Description:  
  • Management of project timeline, resources and logistics needs.
  • Lead equipment requirement and design reviews with multi-functional group or vendor.

  • English proficiency (have a foundation in Chinese is preferred).
  • 8D report / FA report/DOE report skills.
  • Technical secondary or above, major in automation related.
  • More than 3 years working experience in equipment debugging.
  • Be familiar with the use of CAD and other relevant 2D drawing software.
  • More than 2 years experience in new equipment set up.
  • Skilled production equipment FAI, CPK, GRR validation file.
  • Equipment erection debugging process.
  • Import equipment validation.
  • Maintenance the equipment.
  • Daily line switch the machine debugging, fixture maintenance, program setting, station set up, production troubleshooting.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years experiences (>5 years will be considered Senior position) on leading equipment development and qualification, preference in consumer products
  • Knowledge on SMT /Assembly/ Test / Package process and equipment
  • Knowledge on structure/tooling design of equipment
  • Knowledge on equipment/tooling maintenance and calibration
  • Knowledge on equipment CPK/ GRR
