Job Description

 What’s your Hero quest? 

The Enterprise Sales Lead is responsible for originating and responding to and leading efforts to close E-Commerce and Enterprise opportunities. This individual will be a highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter able to lead sales efforts that are not only focused on the capabilities  in which they serve but also able to cross sell within and between capabilities within the company. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

You will drive the growth of Heroleads business with new and existing accounts in the following ways: 

  • Creating and responding to new partner opportunities and owning the pursuit efforts with a matrix support team 
  • Leading the  qualification, upsell and cross-sell within and across our core capabilities

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Meet personal sales quota goals 
  • Support head of sales in team coordination, assigning opportunities and overall hygiene and best practice implementation of sales (E-commerce/enterprise) process 
  • Successfully supporting the sales cycle architecting Heroleads solutions during the sales phase of a deal
  • Understand client business need and analyzes customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure
  • Develops and maintains an accurate, high quality pipeline that is aligned to our company’s sales process
  • Ensure availability of suitable collaterals for the offerings
  • Work closely with the verticals and operating groups to define and extend the core offerings
  • Understands the prospect and client decision making process and organizational map
  • Establish trusted relationships with CMO’s and other client executives to originate new opportunities
  • Work closely with verticals and operating groups to define and extend Heroleads core offerings and solutions 
  • Understand the prospect and client decision making process and stakeholder/organizational map

Minimum requirements:

  • 5 years of successful sales experience in tech or digital related fields 
  • 3 years experience in e-commerce 
  • Ability to work independently and deal with complex and dynamic environments 
  • Hands on and able to think top-level strategy and execute/complete operation and business development task 
  • Analytical mind with strong quantitative skills and confidence with data-based decision making 
  •  Experience in building high-performing teams and ability to lead and motivate people to reach their full potential 
  • Native Thai with excellent English skills 
  • Studied overseas with business degree in business, finance or marketing
