The manager have to Lead Engineering Quality (EQ) section to follow up issued resolution which relate to Engineering and design from CoC, Both local and global to expedite design issued until to close and report to Project Engineering &Support (PES) Sr. Manager. Risk assessment on new model vehicle compare to current market claim issue and feedback to Headquarter. Tracking CoC reason learn to prevent future project design which relate to market claim issue. Enhancement, coaching and control 7 Diamonds process for manufacturing and aftersales issue.

To achieve the target of manufacturing the MG brand car in Thailand the company need the engineer to be responsible for the Thailand localization work including the product technical requirements transfer to Thailand. To support the purchaser nominate the supplier. To coordinate the supplier meet the requirement of engineering, costing and timing of SAIC projects in Thailand.

SAIC Motor-CP Co., Ltd., the Thai-Chinese joint venture between, the largest Automotive corporation in China, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Group (SAIC) and Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), one of the biggest corporation in Thailand intends to make Thailand its manufacturing base for the well-known British brand MG to serve both the local market and exports. MG cars are expected to go on sale in Thailand in 2014 with the full production of approximate 50,000 units, primary focus on the majority segment of the market with various products in passenger car segment. The first model launch will be MG6.
The Charoen Pokphand Group late last year announced it had formed a joint venture with Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) for first-phase investment of 9 billion baht in the manufacturing facility in Thailand. SAIC owns 51% and CP holds another 49%.
