Job Description

  • The Engineering Projects Manager – Process, Filling and Packing is responsible for leading capital investment regarding to Process, Filling and Packing for the Healthcare and Personal care factory ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and identified benefits delivered.
  • Lead the projects team whilst ensuring external category and business alignment.
  • Developing and ensuring compliance to relevant engineering, quality and safety regulations and standards
  • To Manage Site capital budget regarding to Process, Filling and Packing
  • To Capital achieved on time and budget and to meet customer specification and benefits delivered
  • To Capital appraisals completed
  • To Manage team to ensure objectives relating to capital and factory support are achieved
  • To Ensure that full benefit is achieved from internal and external resources
  • Engineering Projects Manager – Process, Filling and Packing will also have direct report of Control & Instrument engineer.
  • Develop and maintain rolling capital investment plan
  • Manage site capital budget on Process Filling and Packing (focus on cross functional involvement and understanding)
  • Manage capital investment process to ensure that it follows agreed process from conception to delivery and ensure delivers projects on time, on budget, to specification and fully delivers auditable benefits
  • Provides overall view of investment plans and ensure appropriately sourced in order to ensure delivery to internal customers
  • To continuously review opportunities to improve factory efficiency through capital investment
  • To ensure that preferred equipment suppliers are identified, which deliver against agreed KPIs and deliver added value
  • To ensure that contracts for new equipment is in place which have been fully negotiated and ensure that reward is agreed against project delivery
  • Ensure that projects are researched (internally and or externally) to deliver requirements on time, to specification and to budget

Academic requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Work experience requirements:
  • 5 – 10 years experience in Pharma or FMCG environment
  • Project management skills, with use of appropriate IT facilities\software
Foreign language requirements:
  • ***Good command in English.
Computer skills requirements:
  • MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
  • Auto CAD
Work related certificate requirements:
  •  None
