About the Role - You Will:
- Manage overall customer's quality & reliability performance and relationship, ensuring Seagate and Customer's brand image for product quality.
- Works closely with Customer-SQE, Seagate Customer Qualification and Sustaining, Seagate's HDD Design Center, and HDD manufacturing factory in Thailand and China.
- Be responsibility do include customer satisfaction feedback, quality issue escalation and management, successful customer meetings, successful customer audit to HDD manufacturing.
- Be involved in implementing detailed customer requirements.
- Ensure that customers needs have been met and that the product and/or solution is fully functioning according to specification.
A successful candidate will be able to perform the following activities:
- Resolution of customer HDD quality and reliability issues related to the product qualification and high volume manufacturing
- Influence Internal Business Unit's decisions on product Quality & Reliability related attributes and design
- Influence Internal Business Unit's decisions on product Quality & Reliability related attributes and design
- Understand HDD product's health trends to proactively prevent issues and ensure product quality and reliability performance is continuously improved.
Your Experience Includes:
- Basic understanding of Storage device, PC/Data Center industry and computer architecture
- Experience working in HDD manufacturing is preferable
- Experience in Quality and Reliability functions
- Experience in customer interfacing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Very good at problem solving and multi-tasking
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards
- English and Thai fluency required.
