Job Responsible

-  Managing, Controlling, Organizing and Directing of Die Casting Engineer Section (Die Design , Modify etc.)

-  Coaching and Training Team to better process.

-  Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.

-  Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company’s products, systems, operations and processes (Aluminum die casting)

 
Qualifications:-

-  Thai nationality

-  Bachelor Degree in Engineering fields

-  At least 5 years Die Casting Engineering role in automotive industry (Management Experience at least 3 year as assistant Manager or above)

-  Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills

-  Results oriented, timeline driven with a hands-on attitude

-  Good communication skill with strong leadership

-  Good English communication
