Job Description
- Engagement, Culture, and Intervention
- Maintain and develop employee relations and engagement.
- Develop and implement the organizational culture plan.
- Prepare and analyze employee engagement result.
- Develop and execute communication plan and organize intervention activities to support employee engagement.
- Coordinate with related parties to arrange people engagement activities and internal communication.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Mass communication or related fields .
- Experience 3 years up in Employee relation, HR business partner, Training ,Internal communication ,CSR or related.
- Experience with graphics design tools such as Photoshop , Illustrator .
- Maturity and ability to work in high-pressure and fast moving.
- Good command of English both writing and speaking.
