What We’re Looking For:
- Extremely strong understanding of all seller centers in marketplace (Lazada, Shopee and JD)
- Monitor pricing and manage pricing rules across all assortments in the marketplace
- Manage marketplace store merchandizing in terms of uploading of SKUs, promotional price adjustments during campaigns
- Control inventory levels for all SKUs in all marketplace stores to prevent over selling
- Ensure store ratings are constantly met and maintained at a rating of 90% and above
- Prepare weekly and monthly store performance reports, sales performance and traffic data for all SKUs
- Identifying trends and assortment management opportunities to help drive sales target
- Ensure that new products are routinely scheduled for addition or removed to the assortment and launched with correct SKU numbers
- Monitor store customer service performance metrics and partner with Customer Service team to ensure the company maintains performance metrics
- Work with Merchandising to ensure that Brand exclusions and MAP pricing guidelines are met across the assortment
- Be the store and assortment lead for Cart Biz with merchandizing team of clients to recommend or removal of other product SKUs based on sell out performance data
- Ensure that product description of SKUs have the right keywords and length in place to drive store rankings on marketplace
- Key messaging in product description to drive clear and concise understanding for customers
- Monitor, respond, and react to marketplace "Shipping Performance" metrics in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in managing flagship stores from IT or FMCG verticals on marketplace or ecommerce agency background is a plus
- Experience with online merchandising and campaign planning is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or Engineering is preferred
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English
