E-commerce Sales Manager

Job descriptions;

• Responsible for e-commerce sale performance of company, e-commerce funnel KPI and ROAS
• Lead e-commerce marketing calendar and be customer journey champion
• Work closely with trade marketing, brand manager and marketing communication to design effective e-marketing program.
• Manage team of 7 peoples (Performance marketing, E-commerce sales and graphic designers)
• Work with key e-tails and e-commerce pure player platform
• Report daily, weekly, monthly sales report and forecast to Sr. manager
• Closely monitor industry and competitor initiatives and try to give the company a competitive edge by identifying niche areas and opportunities
• Measure on report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asset against goals (ROAS and Funnel KPIs)
• Identify Trend and insight and Optimize spend and Performance
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple touch point
• Collaborate with Agencies and Platform partner

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree / master in business or data.
• 3-5+ years of direct-experience in managing own website and market place (Lazada, shopee, Central online etc)
• Experience analytic and paid ads tools; Google analytic, Facebook and Google, SAP
• Data analytic
• Ability to communicate in both Thai and English
• Experience in managing team
