Job Description

What Were Looking For:

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Very strong knowledge of using E-commerce marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, JD etc)
  • Communicate efficiently with customers via marketplace chat systems
  • Customer restitution and communication via email and phone if required
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, promotions, pricing and availability
  • Manage questions from product reviews on all marketplaces
  • Drive sales conversions through chats especially for added to cart but unpaid orders
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concern
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with our companys and clients service policies
  • Demonstrate superior product knowledge by accurately describing the main features and benefits of the product
  • Perform work accurately and multi task through multiple chats in a fast pace environment
  • Able to work long hours especially during E-commerce marketplace campaign periods
  • Improve the level of customer satisfaction
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality


  • Preferably female with 1-2 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks under high pressure environment
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
