Job Description


  • Manage the following major functions such as: Warehouse management, Warehouse operations, Warehouse equipment maintenance, Warehouse (transaction) records and control, Product tracking (UTD (use through date), batch code and stock recovery), Physical inventory count and variance analysis
  • Recommend and implement innovative projects relative to Distribution Center aligned with the company and customers strategic business direction. Manage DC resources to support company and customer growth.
  • Formulate and recommend annual operation goals to ensure an ongoing evaluation system exists to monitor such established goals.
  • Formulate operation policies, systems and procedures and implement procedures effectively as approved by the management
  • Manage routing deliveries by integrating the needs and constraints of Inventory Control, Center and Transportation with cost efficiency and minimize OSND (over, short and damage) as targeted.
  • Ensure products are handled in good condition within delivery process and the transport fleet is maintained at a high level.
  • Reinforce continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement.
  • Deploy facilities, equipment and manpower resources to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets.
  • Participate actively in the formulation of DC strategic and tactical plans and annual budget review.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors/vendors, including evaluation and selection process and Evaluate, control and recommend supplier / subcontractor to procurement for further proposals.
  • Ensure compliance on food safety programs for adequacy and effectiveness. Conduct food safety review audits and determine appropriate action.
  • Facilitate effective and timely communication to employees by being accessible, responsive and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with relevant departments and relevant tasks as assigned by the management


  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or higher in related fields
  • At least 10 years in Logistic provider (Warehouse & Transportation) preferred
  • Good command in English (Communication level is required)
  • Strong analytical thinking, and leadership skill
  • SAP or similar ERP experience/knowledge preferred
  • Able to work 6days a week and travel to up country
