Job Description

Purpose of this role:

Purpose of this role: Siam Winery is looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage Siam Winery’s brands in online space, and help us continue building a best-in-class digital footprint for our many exciting brands. This person will directly buy media (where needed) and also oversee media agencies to ensure the right channel and media mix for our marketing campaigns.

The right candidate will have lots of experience working across key digital platforms and technologies, including Social (Facebook, IG, Twitter, Youtube), Search (SEO, SEM), Programmatic, GDN, Website, Direct and others.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, tech-savvy, with a healthy balance of technical, analytical and marketing know-how. You will be working with an active team of brand managers, alongside external agencies, and report directly to the Marketing Director.

  • Work with Brand teams (up 6 teams) along with media and content agencies to execute media strategy.  Help to drive campaigns from media planning, media buying to media optimization and post-analysis stage, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • You must possess the skills to buy media on Facebook, Google, Twitter etc directly, where necessary
  • Constantly track, report and optimize media performance to improve return on investment (ROI) and ensure achievement of key performance metrics (KPIs).  Online platforms we currently communicate in include our Websites, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Google SEM, Programmatic, Joox, LINE, Direct (email) and others.
  • Analyze and reallocate online media budgets, make recommendations and work with agencies to modify ad spending as necessary
  • Lead the trial of new digital channels and trends; keep brand teams up to date and train teams to understand the opportunity each platform has for our brands.
  • Website & eCommerce: Oversee website management, including working with IT and external teams to ensure content updates, website traffic monitoring and resolve key technical issues.   Help oversee future eCommerce channels as necessary.
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • At least 5+ years in Digital Marketing field, with direct experience in media buying, media performance analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to do SEO/ SEM, Google Analytic, Facebook and Social media management
  • Knowledge in CSS, .html and email marketing tools
  • Experience in alcoholic beverages not necessary
