Roles & Responsibilities:

Report directly to our Product Manager-Santas Home; the incumbent will be responsible for the duties as below.

• Plan and manage E-Marketplace, E-Commerce, Website, and social media platforms
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop and monitor the campaign
• Prepare content across various digital platforms and blog posts
• Monitor and update content on the websites
• Cross-collaborate and liaise with external teams to create materials
• Coordinate with advertising, media experts, and digital agencies to improve marketing and sales results
• Oversee and manage other digital projects
• Evaluate our marketing campaign’s overall performance and prepare analytical reports
• Update and identify the latest digital trends and technologies affecting our business
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• BA. Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in Digital Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Knowledge of the key concepts of Omni-Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, and the main channels and techniques including SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date on the best trends and technologies in Digital Marketing
• Good command of English

REMARK: The candidate may be hired at the supervisor or senior officer or officer level, depending on the candidate’s ability and experience.
