Scope of work

Search Engine Optimization (White Hat Strategy)

  • On page and Off page Optimization
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Analysis of site architecture and linking structure
  • Analysis of HTML and page design structure
  • Quality Link building

Search Engine Marketing

  • Google AdWords (Search, Display, YouTube & Mobile)
  • Lead Generation and Brand Awareness
  • Landing page Optimization

YouTube Marketing

  • TrueView video discovery ads and in-stream ads

Social Media Marketing

  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, [email protected] Advertising (lead generation, website conversion)

Job functions

  • Manage the performance marketing budget to grow customer acquisition, retention and growth
  • Provide insightful reports to the marketing manager and top management to better understand customer target behaviors
  • Be able to recommend media environments and provide digital strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team to build scalable online marketing processes
  • Utilize Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues.
  • Staying informed with Paid Search industry best practices, new trends and technologies and platform updates such as AdWords
  • Monitoring purchased media to ensure that the advertisements appear as planned across high quality publisher sites.
  • Compiling daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports
  • Preparing advertising schedules and timelines for client on boarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance.
  • Developing advertisement copy with the marketing team for paid media campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest and engagement from the targeted audience.
  • Continuously monitor, identify and improve all three components of the AdWords quality Score: Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience
  • Assure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment and optimized
  • Work with team to prepare design assets for Google Display Network campaigns in Photoshop by sourcing images, resizing images, and placing text overlay, logos, and iconography on raw images.
  • Assure conversion tracking and use AdWords to track all pertinent events within the sales funnel
  • Monitor and test campaign SMART bidding strategies: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Enhanced CPC, Maximize Conversions, and more.
  • Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings
  • Implementation and continuous maintenance of the Alpha Beta campaign structure to ensure ad spend is focused on top performing keywords while the Beta campaigns continue to play an R&D role by uncovering new top performing keywords

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experiences in e-commerce, online marketing, media planning, buying and/or analysis of digital planning and Google analytics
  • Data driven, analytic with quantitative skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Google AdWords ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
  • Analyzed and reported on digital media accounts and campaign trends.
  • Proven track record of retaining paid media accounts in previous experience
  • Success in growing and scaling Paid Search campaign budgets in previous experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problem
  • Effective time management in a professional setting.
  • Can effectively collaborate in a team environment
  • Google Analytics Certified, Google Search Console, ability to use Wordpress, Web 2.0 platform is a plus
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
