At the turn of the millennium, two young French entrepreneurs, Frederic Jousset and Olivier Duha, set out with the specific purpose of enabling and coaching consumers and brands to engage digitally. Webhelp was established.

Through evolution and acquisition, today Webhelp is a 50,000 people-strong global leader in business process outsourcing (BPO). We continue to specialise in customer experience but our capabilities extend across voice, social and digital channels. Our outsourced services have also expanded to include payment management, sales and marketing services.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for Google acquisition: Planning, setup, day-to-day optimisation and reporting
    • Responsible for all Google products, including Display, UAC, Search, Gmail, Native.
    • Basic tracking and pixel setup and troubleshooting
    • Google overall strategies and country focus set to achieve goals and KPI’s set by the manager of the team
    • Retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
    • Provide and ensure Google best practices are followed for landing page, creative and ad-copies
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of Google
    • Drive utilisation and testing of Google’s latest advertising solutions
    • Drive implementation of latest marketing automation technology for Google (pLTV bidding, audience integrations, attribution modeling, predictive budget allocations).
    • Performance analysis and budget recommendations
    • Analyze channel performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations
    • Leverage internal/external data and analytics to conceptualise, build and deliver effective campaigns through Google
    • Lead and drive A/B, multivariate and other initiatives to optimize performance 
    • Be responsible for Facebook acquisition: Planning, setup, day-to-day optimisation and reporting
    • Responsible for all Facebook different channels: App install and Web install
    • Basic tracking and pixel setup and troubleshooting
    • Facebook overall strategies and country focus set to achieve goals and KPI’s set by the manager of the team
    • Retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
    • Implement channel best practices, identify optimization opportunities using data, and architect ambitious test plans across targeting, creative/ad copy, platform, publishers, landing page, keywords.
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of Facebook
    • Drive utilisation and testing of Facebook’s latest advertising solutions
    • Drive implementation of latest marketing automation technology for Facebook (pLTV bidding, audience integrations, attribution modeling, predictive budget allocations).
    • Performance analysis and budget recommendations
    • Analyze channel performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations
    • Leverage internal/external data and analytics to conceptualise, build and deliver effective campaigns through Facebook
    • Lead and drive A/B, multivariate and other initiatives to optimize performance
