Digital Marketing
Role Overview:
To serve and support our local and regional customers/ dealers/agents/partners from order entry right through to payment collection.
Your tasks
- Development and alignment of a product range for the online channel
- Observation of the online market situation & trend scouting
- Operational monitoring of the most important online KPIs at assortment and article level
- Controlling of the implemented measures through the preparation of analyses and reports
- Independent implementation of targeted multi-channel actions with a holistic approach: from the concept to implementation (incl. SEO and SEA) and analysis
- Close cooperation and coordination with the product management team and all divisions in the e-commerce business segment
- Participation in various projects for the further development and optimization of content
- Development and implementation of online campaigns within the scope of SEO, SEA, ReMarketing, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and Display
- Continuous improvement of online marketing measures to increase sales growth in an international environment
- Independent market analysis and benchmarking
- Uncover new potentials and innovative ideas in online marketing
- Communication and coordination of online marketing measures with other departments and service providers
- We are looking for all-rounders who are willing to drive us forward in this area and to join us on the path to becoming a major player in e-commerce.
Your Profile
- High Internet affinity and enthusiasm for e-commerce
- Understanding of the current KPI's of web analysis as well as their survey and evaluation methodology
- Strong conceptual skills and strategic thinking combined with a feel for our business
- High analytical ability, strong communication skills and confident appearance, high willingness to perform, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and negotiation skills
- Experience with agile working methods, Scrum and/or Kanban
- Several years of well-founded professional experience in online marketing
- Excellent knowledge of all common online marketing tools and systems
- Experience in the calculation, execution and business management evaluation of online projects and marketing campaigns
- Interest in technical products and a good feel for digital trends
- Ability to work in a team, analytical and communicative skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented and agile way of working (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
