Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Define, initiatives, tracking marketing campaign to achieve business target
  • Drive marketing campaign/project with a cross-function team and performance tracking
  • Research market and catch up new trend related target customer and Digital technology, Social media and advertising platform
  • Plan, define and develop customer journeys as part of digital marketing campaigns; including identify tracking & monitoring on key metrics on an on-going basis
  • Accountable in the continuous enhancement & KPI deliverables of digital marketing campaign and digital channels; website, application, and social media
  • Report regularly on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities including actionable recommendation to manager
  • Data-Driven Analysis and report KPI performance by identifying key success/failure along with solutions or action to improvement

Qualifications;

  • Bacheloror master’s degree in Digital marketing, ICT, Marketing or related filed
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experiences in digital marketing, campaigns automation, or digital acquisition & engagement, with minimum of 3-year experiences in supervisor role
  • Experience in retail or ecommerce business is preferable.
  • Experience and familiar with enterprise Digital Marketing solution, Marketing Automation, or Marketing Technology would be a plus
  • Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic thinking & planning, presenting, and interpersonal skill
  • Demonstrate the effective communication over multi-departments and adaptive planning during the dynamic environment
