Job Description

About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will Manage the client service Department across our main service lines including: Media Management, CRM Management and Content services. You will lead a team of client service specialists to ensure that clients are retained and also growing. Among your responsibilities include:

1. Manage the Client service team to ensure they perform their routine tasks including:
o Preparing the monthly Media plan, CRM Plan or Content Plan.
o Ensure that quotations and Invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner.
o Ensure Weekly and monthly reports are sent to clients according to the agree upon schedule.
o Clear communication is made to clients.
o Customer satisfaction is at its highest levels.

2. Support in the strategy of clients to help ensure that we are helping their business grow.

3. Upsell and Cross Sell existing clients.

4. Develop a Client service process that helps us stand out as an agency so we can retain and win new business.

5. Ensure proper planning and implementation of all client campaigns from ad serving to conversion tracking. You will be reporting on the planned campaigns’ KPIs tailoring them to clients’ needs and ensuring each report display’s fast and significant information to the end user.

6. Day-to-day tasks include:
o Keeping clients advised on status of all team projects and ensuring projects are being managed in a timely and cost efficient manner. This is done by providing accurate information to the Trading Analysts so the campaign can be set up correctly and optimised to perform well.
o Reassuring the client on all matters relating to their area of the business.

7. Primary responsibilities:
o Accountable for the flawless launch of advertising campaigns.
o Support in the winning of new business by providing media planning strategies and campaign recommendations.
o Interface regularly with clients, during proposal development and campaign optimization process to share feedback on performance, feasibility, provide guidance and recommendations
o Provide end-to-end support for clients and agencies in regards to client servicing, campaign performance and reporting.

The requirements
1. Minimum experience of 10 years working in digital/client service background
2. Passionate about digital & interested in strategizing based on numbers
3. A strong understanding of Digital media Platforms: Google, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, Line Ads platform.
4. A strong understanding of Content and Creative Strategy
5. Experience Managing a team
6. A Strong understanding of Web Analytics including Google Analytics.
7. A people person & strong relationship builder
8. Embrace the constant change that is the digital world
9. Smart & intellectually curious
10. Able to multitask & work well under pressure
