Job descriptions:
- Analyze the determination of change management and define the project charter
- Analyze stakeholders impacted by the launching product and features
- Develop communication and training strategic plan e.g. communication channel, schedule, training evaluation, material training deck, communication deck, FAQ, etc.
- Appoint the target stakeholders for training and communication
- Collaborate with project team for platform or product’s update, release plan and product’s features
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management and Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in change management
- Excellent decision making, problem solving, and communication skills
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex data
