Job Position:
We're looking for a Developer Account Manager with a keen interest in Real Estate, and also looking for a new and exciting opportunity. Must have a can-do attitude and also possess excellent English skills.
Their main roles will be:
- Manager calendar and coordinate meeting to sell Sellorate marketing packages
- Coordinate with the developer to obtain the project information
- Develop a detailed project plan to track process
- Ensure the availability of that specific project
- Measure project performance using an appropriate system, tools, and techniques
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with developers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Maintain and update database systems
Education Background: Bachelor's degree with three years experience
Nationality: Thai
Preferred Experience:
- Working experiences in marketing, property consultant, property brokerage, and/or property development preferred
- Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate a bonus
