Job Description:

• To plan and monitor the achievement of preventive maintenance plan to ensure high quality maintenance and equipment availability
• To plan & monitor the annual shut down/Overhauling of the instrument system of production lines and power plant
• To ensure that departmental maintenance & operational expenses are within the approved budgets

• Ensures timely availability of Insurance, Critical & high value spare parts & spare equipment.

• Preparation of yearly Planning and Budgeting for the department and providing necessary inputs to the overall company annual budget.
• Ensure smooth implementation of all improvement projects for quality and productivity increase to achieve strategic objective of being a lowest cost producer.
• Technological improvements, up gradation and development activities to increase productivity and improve quality consistency

Experience:                

• >10 years of experience in the instrument & control system of continuous process plant
• Knowledge of scientific principles and advance concepts in the field of instrument & control system

Qualification:            

• Bachelor or master degree in Instrumentation, Controls Engineering and Electronic Engineering 
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of PLC system and DCS control
