Job Description


  • To optimize demand and supply by manage demand forecasting process


  • Develop demand forecast process, tools and monitoring result by
    • Gather, challenge and finalize demand to get realistic demand in order to optimize business opportunity
    • Do weekly rolling forecast on M0,M1,M2 and M3
    • Drive and measure forecast accuracy with finding cause and do correction plan
    • Drive S&OP meeting agenda
  • Ensure successful launch/speed to market of NPD (Volume pipeline and on time) and smooth transition plan of product changing de-gram/ weight out/ packaging chance
  • Ensure stock available for sales at the right product in all DC in order to protect OOS and avoid aging inventory. By co- with all cross functional team (sales/Customer service/Supply Chain team) with right forecast and plan
  • Raise key issue or communicate key message in BAT/Sales meeting in order to ensure all functional work as one team

*Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree –  and related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in related field
  • Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
  • Good in English & Thai communication (writing, reading and speaking)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong cross functional linkages require alignment with Channel head of sales team
  • Process oriented and having eye for details
