Job Summary:

The position is the main role to provide support to Relationship Manager and Private Banking clients. The responsibility is not limited to account opening and information update, but extended to provide the best solutions to clients, together with other departments, both products and procedure aspects.

Job Descriptions:

• Support and coordinate closely with Relationship Manager - Private Banking in order to provide information regarding investment product s of SCB Securities
• Activate the investment accounts on system for clients that align with SCB Securities standard procedure and complied with rules and regulations
• Manage trading activities for clients per required, as well as, ensure that all necessary document is collected and properly maintained
• Responsible for complaint handling, coordination with Relationship Manager and other departments to solve the problems and provide the best solutions to clients to maintain and maximize the customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Financial, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 3 - 5 years of experiences as a Broker or Dealer from Securities business
• Knowledgeable in securities product structure and demonstrate the end-to-end operations with understanding of SET and TFEX regulations
• Good English communication and presentation skills
