Job Description

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Are you ready to be a part of the most dynamic social commerce team in Bangkok? We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Analyst to drive our data projects from inception to delivery and beyond, building BI dashboards, and informing business decisions based on customer behaviors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and prioritize the business needs
  • Identify, establish, and measure product KPI's
  • Work side by side with the engineering team and leadership to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage analytics projects from inception to execution and performance monitoring
  • Build BI dashboards, and write the SQL necessary for views into our vast analytics database

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and knowledge of BI Tools (Google Data Studio a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Experience in eCommerce a plus
  • Experience working on Agile teams
  • Experience using popular project management tools like JIRA
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
