Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Data Analyst (Sales Performance).

Job Description
  • Managing the overall aspects of Field Forces KPIs & Target Setting and Performance Management, ensure that
    • The monthly target is set and calculated properly;
    • All calculation and compensation payment is valid and eligible following company policy and;
    • Performance of Field Force Staffs has been tracking timely & properly    
  • Reviewing and verifying the data/evidence of commission, incentive claimed from Calculation Team.
  • Consolidating and preparing weekly/monthly incentive calculation reports by tracking data from Calculation Team and system.
  • Summarizing and preparing reports regarding Field Forces Performance & Overall key indexes of Retail Field Forces Team.
  • Being responsible for Manpower Cost/ Budget Management by controlling Headcount as the master plan.
  • Coordinating and working closely with Outsource Management Team (3rd party) regarding incentive calculation and payment confirmation.
  • Supporting all Field Forces related data to all related parties e.g. Sales Team, RHQ/HQ.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor.
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Incentive Management, Target Setting, Performance Analysis, Payroll Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience in Product Consultants, Field Forces, Retail Sales’ Incentive/ Commission Calculation.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to verify data and detail mapping.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work with plenty of data and number with accuracy.
  • Mature, well-organized, strong problem solving, people management, and cooperation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a tight timeline.
  • Excellent computer skill especially Advanced MS Excel skill is essential.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
