Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Understand Communication goals and KPIs and be able to align reports and insights based on them. Identify and investigate trends and opportunities to improve communication campaign strategy.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Explore and analyze data sets with tools
• Visualize data insights and communicate your findings to client & teamwork
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new improvement opportunities
• Use Web-Analytics for Research and Analysis

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital media & marketing with 2-3 year experiences in Google ad, SEM, FB ad, etc. with tracking tools utilization is at advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration are favorable
• Deep data analysis angles: Be able to do data cross tabulation analysis, data grouping
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Ability to write comprehensive reports: Be able to do present data and key findings in report with easy to understand presentation (Power Point format)
• Experience in data models and reporting packages
• Ability to analyze large data sets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Strong logical thinking
