Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide the product & service information and solve issues via online channels of call, chat, email, etc.
- Support inbound & outbound partners
- Prepare the daily reports

Qualifications:
- Able to work on shift (5-day working/week)
- Fluently communicate in English & Thai
- Touch typing is required
- Familiar with MS Office programs
- Able to work under pressure with service minded manner
- At least 2-3 years of hospitality experience
