Job Description

Job descriptions
  • Understand the vision for products and features.
  • Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
  • Partners with the customers and the stakeholders to provide feedback on product features to validate that the expected outcomes are met.
  • Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
  • Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Draft/develop/enhance technical documentation including installation guides and training curriculum.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree is desired.
  • Experience with or desire to learn technical basics to partner effectively with Better's engineering team to resolve issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required to assess and resolve issues with strong attention to details.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
  • Optimistic and energetic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
