Job Description


Customer Service & Telesales: 

  • Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.
  • Assessing individual issues and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer’s needs are met.
  • Providing feedback to Supervisor on customer’s needs/feedback.
  • Preparing and generating a report and relating customer’s queries.
  • Researching customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
  • Working in coordination with other teams based at different locations that share similar objectives.
  • Maintaining customer relations.
  • And all other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
  • Offer solutions based on client needs and capabilities.

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present service offering.
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Communicate with customers through the phone to understand their requirements and need.
  • Assessing individual issues and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer’s needs are met.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • Proficient in Thai Language (Thai native people), Basic English communication
  • Typing speed: 25 to 35 words/min.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a multi-task / cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat, and other online communication tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications.
  • Be required to work on a shift basis and on public holidays.
  • Willingness and desire to relocate.

Other Info:

  • Working Schedule: 9 hours a day / 6 days a week with 1 day off
  • Day or Night Shift Schedule
  • 22 days annual leave
