Job Description

Position purpose:
  • Responsible for daily operation in term of shipment delivery to customers
  • Identify areas to improve operations in order to achieve KPIs and targets, and execute and participate in initiatives based in process improvement methodology leading to cost/time efficiency
  • ISO Tank Fleet Operation
Role and Responsibilities:
  • HSE awareness, promote and encourage safe working practices
  • Leading/supervising a team of customer service staff (Back Office)
  • Plan and Manage Logistics operation strategically to meet the requirement
  • Taking care the orders to meet the customer requirement.
  • To communicate both internal and external such as customers, outsources
  • To support Sales team and analyzing report
  • Ensure all operations are according to the rules and regulations To control the budget in order to gain more benefit; freight negotiation, service provider.
  • To manage ISO Tank in Fleet Operation
Qualifications for the Position:
  • Bachelor Degree on related field
  • 5-7 years of Experienced at import and export process and formalities
  • Logistics Management
  • Experienced on SAP
  • Good Cooperation person and Self initiative and motivation
  • Fluency in English
