1.Supply all customer/leads inquries online proactively and create customer files in system timely; 2.Process online customer test drive and vehicle purchasing orders, researsh customer onsite drive and purchasing experiences; 3. Provide prompt &efficient
response through online channels to all customer needs, emergencies or complaints cross-functional to maximize customer satisfaction;
4.Track inventory and store markeitng and promition activites, and work with market, network and multi-departments to understand new stores and activity progress,support APP &website basic operations and day-to-day activity communication;
5.Support boutique sales and other third-party online channel customer service; 6.Assist in daily,weekly and monthly data management, incl. customer profile, transaction data and product performance, find hidden problems and suggest feasibility ideas.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree required;
2. 2-3years in customer service or sales related field, Auto industry is a plus;
3. Customer-Oriented and good team player;
4. Solid Excel &PPT skills, and demonstrated ability of doc. editing and data analysis;
5. TH language is a must, fluent in English or Chinese
